We are practicing our balloon tying skills. I think she is getting pretty good ๐
We finally made it to the county fair this year. To me the fair means a midway complete with ferris wheel, carnival games, creepy clowns and predictable food. I am pulled by the ferris wheel. It just calls to me somehow. This year I got close enough to take some shots and decide not to ride until Mallory is older.
It sure was fun to see…
Mallory spotting the carousel: one of my MOST favorite things
somehow, I almost think those traveling fairs are safer, because each nut and bolt are tightened often (more often than say, Six Flags!)
love the wave from the carousel!!
Oh my. I could not be more afraid of ferris wheels. Haley loves them, but I can only muster the courage to ride it at Disneyland.
In the last few weeks, Mallory has decided that she adores wearing bows. One of her new favorite games included pulling out all of the bows and asking me to help her put them all on. Yes, all at the same time. If you look closely, you might notice she is even wearing headbands on her arms. My sweet little accessory girl.
The best is when she gets Daddy involved. I love it that he will play whatever she wants whenever she wants him too. I love you Ben!
This it too cute! Love Bows….
This picture cracks me up. The 5 year old is driving, Mallory is watching every move and sweet E is pushing the whole thing!
We headed to the indoor playland the last HOT week we've had lately. Before schools started and WAY before Mallory starts preschool we got to hang out with some sweet friends. And just for the record, this is the point&shoot camera.
sweet little one playing with the big girls
Ok – you have to send me those…I love the one of A – too cute!
Mallory's latest favorite word is "splash." It's from the Curious George book, George falls into the water and the words on the page include a big red "Splash." She loves that page. I think she reads the whole book to get to that page. Sunday afternoon we invited our friends to join us for a little "splash" time. Julie was even kind enough to bring the splash pool too!
I need to work on depth of field but at the time I took this, I was too consumed with the lighting differences between the shade and the bright sun.
sweet friend in focus this time ๐
