• Here you will find the chronicles of our family of four. More pictures than words, I am most at home capturing our life with a still camera. Photos help me recognize the beauty and awesomeness in both the phenomenal people I live life alongside and this breathtaking place we live, planet earth.

I am a child of God. I am the wife to a wonderful man, mother to two amazing little people. I am both daughter and sister. I am a runner. I love to travel and read.

I often title this season of our life's adventure, The Continuing Adventures of Mallory Girl and Mark Boy. The photography is mine (unless otherwise noted.) Questions are always welcome. Thanks for reading and adventuring alongside us.

My favorite was her asking Ben ever so politely, whilst he was holding her over his head, “May I please get down now?”

Hunting Eggs

Mallory remembered exactly what to do, as soon as the basket showed up in our family room she was ready. No practice rounds for this little girl.

I will share that she was WAY more interested in opening the eggs than finding more. I promise there were other children (lots of other children) at this event too. I just happened to shoot these with the empty field in the background.

she pulled the basket right in front of her as I took this, so funny that she wanted it front and center (yes she knows EXACTLY what I am doing!)

Thank you Ben for taking this of your girls! We sure do love you.

These are too adorable! Please send me the link! Something may be haywire with Costco’s site, I never got the previous link.
So many great eggs to find! shall we hunt more here???

Friends

These two darling girls are destined to be great friends. Born 3 days apart, to parents who went to college together and now work together and live on the same street. It's almost unbearably sweet. They have different personalities and ideas. One talked before the other, one is slightly taller. They both love to play and be outside.

"Dress up" seems to be gaining in popularity with theses two. An older sister who adores costumes and pretending is blazing the way, teaching them all sorts of fun games.

Sweet little girls–play and learn and pretend; and enjoy each other! You will likely be life-long friends.

Let’s hope so!
