• Here you will find the chronicles of our family of four. More pictures than words, I am most at home capturing our life with a still camera. Photos help me recognize the beauty and awesomeness in both the phenomenal people I live life alongside and this breathtaking place we live, planet earth.

I am a child of God. I am the wife to a wonderful man, mother to two amazing little people. I am both daughter and sister. I am a runner. I love to travel and read.

I often title this season of our life's adventure, The Continuing Adventures of Mallory Girl and Mark Boy. The photography is mine (unless otherwise noted.) Questions are always welcome. Thanks for reading and adventuring alongside us.

Reading

Reading is great–she watches & listens & works at turning the pages. It’s so amazing.

We love reading over here too, but just wait until she brings you the same book 15 times in one day:) Christian got stuck on one Elmo book when he was about 18 months. After a couple of days we both had it memorized!! I’m all for the love of reading, but I was tempted to ‘lose’ that book a few times.

What a CUTE picture of daddy and baby girl.

There is nothing better than seeing a Daddy snuggling with his daughter! What a great dad!

A wider angle for the greats–this is the base of her exersaucer, she is totally into it!

This saucer is way better than the old walkers which the babies crashed uncontrollable into everything. So much stimulation, and anchored to one spot, how can one be bored????

OMGoodness. that middle photo is too precious for words. =)

LOVE IT!! If they had that when Christian was born I would have bought it…I know Baylor would have liked it, but since we knew she was our last one I couldn’t justify it. They are the coolest creations:)

She looks just like a little Amanda with red hair. How cool is that!

She doesn’t look convinced that this is a good idea! Independence is highly over-rated if it means sitting in this contraption. Thankfully a brillant inventor (probably a desperate mom) came up with this seating device 🙂

I’ll bet she is taking after her auntie Jenn who reluctantly embraced new experiences, but soon she love this chair!
