• Here you will find the chronicles of our family of four. More pictures than words, I am most at home capturing our life with a still camera. Photos help me recognize the beauty and awesomeness in both the phenomenal people I live life alongside and this breathtaking place we live, planet earth.

I am a child of God. I am the wife to a wonderful man, mother to two amazing little people. I am both daughter and sister. I am a runner. I love to travel and read.

I often title this season of our life's adventure, The Continuing Adventures of Mallory Girl and Mark Boy. The photography is mine (unless otherwise noted.) Questions are always welcome. Thanks for reading and adventuring alongside us.

Ben had a conference in Orlando last week and we tagged along. No visit to Orlando would be complete without a visit to see Mickey or in this case Minnie.

It was fun to see the park all dressed up for Christmas. I serioulsy don’t want to be there during Thanksgiving or Christmas but last week was great!  Mallory’s favorite was Pooh’s playland where she could get out of the stroller and our arms and run. See you next time Mickey!

This past weekend was wonderful in the parks! They are all dressed up but it was too soon for the holiday crowds. I had to go into Animal Kingdom to buy a birthday gift & just spent a few hours wandering around with my camera. The two weekends before Thanksgiving & the two weekends after are the best times to visit during the holidays. *Before* all the Thanksgiving/Christmas vacationers arrive!

We go next week and I can hardly wait!!! I also have a fun new toy to take along: Jeff and my family bought me a Rebel XT for anniversary/birthday/christmas!! I have so much to learn so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Jealous! Our favorite time to go is the week after Thanksgiving — low crowds, great weather, and beautiful scenery. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

It does happen! Between teething and separation anxiety, she does occasionally cry–oh, and when she doesn’t get what she wants. It happens then too.

She’s even cute when she cries. 😉

Christy McInturff - November 12, 2007 - 8:45 am

I can attest to the fact that Mallory DOES cry…but not for very long. She loves Mr. Jeff and she took turns snuggling with each of us yesterday. I loved every minute of it:)

Spectators

This morning we went to our first "Hot Shots" game. The 4-year-old girls soccer team did great (I think they even won!) It was so much fun…the girls were too cute, the weather beautiful, and (for us) free entertainment. And seriously, what a show!!! We had a total blast, and I had great fun shooting the players as well as our group of spectators. As it was the last game of the season, we are already looking forward to the next round.
