A lovely day at the Magic Kingdom…..

EPCOT & the welcome dinner next!

Jenn and Nathan’s wedding week began yesterday. We had a lovely fajita dinner followed by an evening in the park. The Japanese Garden at Centennial Park was a beautiful backdrop for the TN wedding ceremony.
Corky French, performed the ceremony and signed the papers required by the state (yes a flashlight was needed by the time papers were signed). A friend and mentor of Jenn’s offered a thoughtful blessing and charge to the newlyweds. This was all orchestrated to complete the government requirements in as simple a fashion as possible. Lit from within, both Nathan and Jenn seemed joyfully excited and totally at peace. It was a delightful way to begin the festivities.

I had the best time at the park with these two sweet girls and their great mom. We played and explored and collected an amazing amount of moss. Here is a quick preview for their very patient mom.

My new mac! Still in the installing software stage several weeks ago.         

One of the first lessons I learned about taking pictures…look twice. Look first at the subject and look again at the background. This ensures that your subject doesn’t look silly, like wearing a large toy house as a hat!
