Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday our library has story time. Mallory seems a little young to go, but she loves her books and it’s another way to enjoy them. Each week there is a new "theme." The stories and poetry help illustrate and after time on the story rugs, there is a craft of some kind. Crayons, markers, glue sticks, stickers and construction paper play heavily into craft time. Last week, we met the Whaley girls and enjoyed some pre-Valentines card making. There was naturally lots of time for reading before and after the program.
I love that she has other people reading to her.
