Taken before leaving for church this morning. We invited Mallory to go outside with us and take a few pictures and asked her to leave the pacifier inside. She could have it back as soon as we finished the pictures. She was happy to do whatever to go outside with us.
Worship was wonderful. We took Mallory into the sanctuary for the first part of the service. It literally takes my breath and fills my eyes with tears to see our little girl raise her hands and worship. It's so sweet, knowing she is imitating others for how else do we learn but by example. I pray we are the best example to Mallory we can be. I know it will only possible by God's grace. God grant us the grace and wisdom and mindfulness to be your example in this life.
After a delicious lunch of roast, potatoes and carrots (Ben has wanted me to make this meal for ten years) we all took wonderful naps and then headed out to the zoo. We got to hang out with my sister, enjoy the elephants and enjoy the shade on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
Holding hands is one of our most favorite things.
Mallory LOVES elephants. Loves the noises they make. Her favorite movie….you guessed it, Dumbo.
totally great to see cool creatures!
Happy Father's Day to the father of my child. You do a wonderful job with her.
Happy Father's Day to my Daddy. I can't imagine a better Daddy.
Happy Father's Day to our Lord and Savior. I can't imagine life without you.
That is Stephen’s favorite meal; he loves it.
