Christmas Movie Night

Last night we watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I like that it follows the book so closely. I think Mallory was entertained and recognized the story. Yesterday was intentionally quiet. We (Mallory and I) are just getting over being sick-so sick. Three days of fever and yuckiness and terrible coughing. Mallory got sick in Dallas and yesterday, our first day home, is her first fever free (without meds) day. Our beds welcomed us home and helped us rest well. We took marathon naps-12:30 until almost 5. Our visit to Abilene didn't quite go as expected, but we are so thankful for Mimi D who took us in and fed us our favorite foods to temp us to eat. We are looking forward to seeing her more next week.
