Our last full day we continued playing tourist (not a hard role) and visited the home of Bacardi. I will say that it was in all my guide books (I took four with me) as a not to be missed site. They have the most amazing view of del Morro but as we were not allowed to roam the rounds, I didn't get a good shot. We learned about the history (it began as a family enterprise) and how the founder's wife suggested using the bat as a logo/symbol as there were bats living in the first facility. Apparently the bat is a symbol for family and good fortune, who knew?!?!
We got quite the educatiuon about "signature" Bacardi drinks. They are very proud of their products.
After the tour, we drove around a bit a found this "access" point and got my shot of the fort. 
Between the camera (were we are standing) and the fort is a huge deep water port-it continues to the right in this shot.) Apparently it's the third busiest in the Carribean for cruise ships. There were four large ships "anchored" at the piers. A little ways down from the piers is a huge container ship area. 4-5 gantry cranes and stuff–it was cool to see.
Back at the hotel, we enjoyed the beach sunset
