After patiently waiting two weeks, my sweet husband and Nick (a GREAT friend) delivered our dresser this afternoon. The dresser, until this afternoon, sat in the showroom/warehouse at PDs in Franklin. It began the journey home as rain drops began to sprinkle and then pour. Thankfully we had blankets to mostly keep said dresser dry. Now, toweled off and sitting happily in my bedroom, it looks fantastic. It out classes the iron bed from Pier One that now looks WAY too small. Darn, a new reason to shop. Thank you Mother for helping me pick it out and Daddy for pitching in :)it looks great! You should come visit 🙂
That dresser is beautiful! Don’t you just hate when you buy one thing and it just snowballs from there? You new home is beautiful, congrats!
Man, that totally beats my hand-me-down dresser. We are still using 2 dressers that were my father’s when he was young. Yes, my father! And, they are antique-quality. They ironically go perfect with our Pier 1 headboard 🙂
I hope you are having a great time decorating. I can’t wait to see it all.
Beautiful classic dresser! I love new furniture, especially wood. Loving checking out your new house–it gives me hope we’ll finish our kitchen….someday….the saga continues today….
